From the U.S. folk art quilt series, issued in 1978 and readily available.There are four stamps in the series, each with a different quilt pattern. Mounted as a vertical image, this has a Japanese (almost tribal) pattern in red, navy and white.
Paper: Japanese woven basketweave and blue-ridged corrugated paper.
