NOTE: Every job has its own special needs and a price will be determined by the scope of the proposed job and whether it entails just a brainstorming/consult session, Art & Illustration design only, and what the end product usage will be (non-exclusive use or a full buyout). Tag lines/additional creative writing, product branding, outsourced graphic design, extensive revisions, and the actual production of the illustration after its completion (i.e. paper process used for printing/or just sending the PDF), framing, installation, standard lead time or if the job has a rush status may involve additional costs.
A $500, non-refundable minimum fee will be charged upfront to initiate any design process to be applied towards your project quote – once your free consultation has determined what you are looking to have created. Thinking, imagining, percolating, and mock-ups require time – some ideas are birthed quickly, and others have their own timeline which is often hard to tamp down. Sometimes a client will have more ideas for revisions once they see the initial first couple of design passes.
After the initial design has been mocked up and agreed to, additional tweaks, iterations, and modifications can be made based on my hourly design fee of $125/hr. Prices will be roughly determined based on the specifications of each unique assignment. Prices on Custom Design Assignments are not subject to any discount offered on other products on my website. Sample prices for a single-character illustration (which would include several revisions and two 13×19 copies of the print (non-giclee paper) is approximately $1,250 (Taxes and shipping are additional, if applicable).
Thank you for considering my work. Feel free to call 323.839.0128 to schedule a free 30-minute consultation. All requests are welcome.
